Data Deletion Request
How to delete your data from Detail Flow CRM, including data from connected accounts.
1. Delete a connected account's data yourself
If you connected a third-party account — Google Business Profile, Facebook, or Instagram — you can remove it and its stored data at any time from inside the application:
- Sign in to Detail Flow CRM.
- Open Settings.
- Find the connected account under Integrations (for Google Business Profile) or in the social media settings (for Facebook and Instagram).
- Choose Disconnect.
Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored access and refresh tokens for that account and removes the data we cached from it, such as synced reviews, connected page or location details, and message history retrieved from that platform.
You can also revoke our access directly with the provider — in your Google Account permissions, or in Facebook under Settings → Business Integrations. Doing so stops all future access.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, or you want your entire Detail Flow CRM account and all associated data deleted, send us a request and we will process it.
- Email us from the address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line "Data deletion request".
- Tell us your business name and whether you want a specific connected account removed or your entire account deleted.
Email: [email protected]
We confirm receipt and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will tell you when it is done.
3. What is deleted
- Access and refresh tokens for the connected platform.
- Data retrieved from that platform, including cached reviews, location and page details, published-post records, engagement metrics, and messages.
- For a full account deletion: your business records in Detail Flow CRM, including customers, appointments, invoices, and uploaded media.
Content you already published to a third-party platform stays on that platform — we cannot remove it once published. Delete it in Google Business Profile, Facebook, or Instagram directly.
4. What may be retained
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it — for example financial and tax records for completed transactions — and backup copies may persist for a short period before they expire on their normal schedule. Retained records are not used to provide the service and are never used for advertising.
